JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Sales process administration in Juodelia – assistance to managers, coordination of tasks and ongoing sales processes.
  • Sales document preparation and management – preparation and administration of contracts, letters, forms and other sales-related documents.
  • Logistics documentation administration – preparation of export and transportation documents, communication with shipping lines, banks, customs and other institutions.
  • Working with systems – entering and updating information, tracking tasks and deadlines.
  • Customer and market administration – maintenance of customer information, data updating and daily assistance in resolving customer-related issues.

WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL (-A)

  • Higher / higher education (in economics, management or technical fields).
  • Experience in sales and/or logistics.
  • Knowledge of international payments.
  • Good Lithuanian and English language and computer skills.
  • Category B driver's license.
  • Ability to plan work, analyze information and independently find solutions.
  • Diligence, responsibility, initiative and good communication skills.
