Job description
- Monitoring incoming inquiries, ensuring prompt response and data entry into CRM.
- Negotiating contracts and integrating pricing and testing packages into the proposal system.
- Preparing commercial proposals for clients.
- Working directly with sales managers/logistics/customer service/clients, resolving problem situations to ensure task completion.
- Providing administrative support to the sales team.
- Supporting functions in the registration department, as needed: registering samples and preparing them for shipment to partner laboratories
Requirements
- Good English language skills (B2+)
- Work experience in administration and customer service.
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to communicate effectively with a variety of people.
- Ability to document information in an orderly and detailed manner.
- Knowledge of microbiology/chemistry or quality management would be a great advantage.
