In this position you will be responsible for:

• Working with ERP and CRM systems: order administration (entry, approval and maintenance), document management, order fulfillment progress monitoring, ensuring timely shipment and updating data and deadlines in the systems
• Maintaining inventory of demonstration devices and preparing contracts
• Document preparation, administration and archiving
• Assisting the sales team with administrative issues
• Reconciling customer and partner debts
• Communicating with customers and partners via e-mail and telephone

The team expects from you:

• Have a university or higher education (technical education is an advantage)
• Have successful experience in sales or purchasing and sales administration
• You are familiar with accounting programs (e.g. Navision) and have experience working with ERP and CRM systems
• Good knowledge of English in writing and speaking
• You are responsible, meticulous, communicative and attentive
• You are able to independently identify and solve problems and effectively plan your workload
