What are you going to do
- You will manage the sales department, coordinate the activities of team leaders and specialists, set goals and ensure their implementation.
- You will plan sales, prepare forecasts, analyze KPIs, income, profitability and other financial indicators.
- You will ensure effective management of the client portfolio and look for new business opportunities.
- You will participate in strategic client meetings, negotiations and transactions.
- You will supervise sales processes, individual sales directions and daily operations, initiate improvements in operational efficiency.
- You will actively engage in sales - you will present IT services, consult clients, and if necessary, initiate calls yourself and clarify their needs.
- You will analyze sales results, identify problems and make decisions that help achieve the intended goals.
What do we expect from you
- Solid B2B sales experience, preferably in the IT, technology or services sector.
- Experience in leading a sales team, ensuring results and actively engaging in sales processes.
- Ability to independently plan sales, manage Forecast, analyze KPIs and understand Cash Flow, P&L and profitability indicators.
- Experience in managing a large client portfolio, developing long-term relationships and conducting high-value B2B negotiations.
- Strategic thinking, strong organizational, communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership, initiative, independence and responsibility for the results of the entire department.
