ABOUT US

We are a growing company in the FMCG sector, looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Director who will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy and business development in Lithuania and export markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development and implementation of sales strategy.
  • Development of relationships with Lithuanian and Baltic retail chains and conducting negotiations.
  • Development of export markets and search for new business opportunities.
  • Cooperation with HORECA segment and retail customers.
  • Analysis of sales results, budget planning and ensuring the implementation of goals.
  • Coordination and motivation of team activities.
  • Development and maintenance of long-term partnership relations with customers.

WHAT WE EXPECT

  • You have at least 5 years of successful experience as a sales manager in the FMCG sector.
  • You have work experience in the food industry (we would consider it a great advantage).
  • You have worked with retail chains in Lithuania and the Baltic States.
  • You have experience in export development and negotiations with foreign partners.
  • You are well versed in the specifics of HORECA and retail channels.
  • You are distinguished by strategic thinking, leadership skills and result orientation.
  • You are fluent in English and Russian.
  • You have excellent negotiation, communication and relationship building skills.
