We are currently looking for a Group Development Manager to join our team

The nature of your work:
- Continuous development of the sales team;
- Systematic introduction of new employees and continuous training;
- Setting sales goals and ensuring their achievement;
- Organizing and coordinating the work of salespeople;
- Training, practical training and coaching of salespeople;
- Responsibility for achieving the group's results.
We expect from you:
- Experience in life insurance (advantage);
- Min. higher/professional education;
- Knowledge of the insurance and/or financial market (advantage);
- Activity, positivity, sociability;
- Ability to achieve set goals;
- Ability to work individually and in a team;
- Computer literacy;
- Successful active sales experience (mandatory);
- Supervisory work experience (mandatory).
