Head of Sales Group

Management of sales forecasts, sales pipeline and revenue planning, ensuring the accuracy of forecasts.
Organization, planning and control of the sales team's activities, ensuring the achievement of established revenue, profitability and other performance indicators.
Implementation of sales strategy, budget execution control and responsibility for generating planned revenue.
Management of the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, service start and billing.
Ensuring the efficiency of the sales team's activities: setting goals, monitoring results, performance analysis, increasing productivity and continuous improvement of activities.
Analysis of existing customers' business needs, identification of new sales opportunities and development of services and solutions.
IT solutions sales (business management systems, data analytics, cloud, artificial intelligence and other digitalization solutions)
If business needs arise, directly participate in the sales process - attend meetings with clients, conduct negotiations, prepare commercial offers, present company solutions and independently carry out strategic sales, ensuring the achievement of planned revenues.

Experience working with IT sales or IT services (advantage)
Knowledge of business management or business analytics products (advantage)
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work in a team and maintain smooth communication
Computer literacy in the Microsoft 365 environment
