Primary responsibilities
- Continuous development of the insurance consultant team;
- Systematic introduction of new employees and continuous training;
- Setting sales goals and ensuring their implementation;
- Organizing and coordinating the work of insurance consultants;
- Training and practical training of insurance consultants;
- Responsibility for the group's results, the quality of service provision and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
We expect from you:
- Successful active sales experience;
- Supervised work experience;
- Activity, positivity, sociability;
- Ability to achieve set goals;
- Computer literacy;
- Experience in life insurance (advantage);
- Insurance and/or financial market knowledge (advantage).
