Sales Engineer - HVAC

Our client is a manufacturer of heat pumps, electric energy storage systems and electric vehicle charging stations. We are currently looking for a Sales Engineer to join our team, who will become a reliable partner for installers and contribute to stable market growth.

Main functions:

• Consulting installers on HVAC and heat pump solutions.
• Selecting the most suitable technical solutions based on the needs of the facility.
• Checking the logic of technical schemes and solutions.
• Participating in meetings with partners.
• Analyzing more complex technical situations and finding solutions.
• Developing the portfolio of assigned partners in Lithuania.
• Ensuring profitable sales growth in Lithuania.
• Participating in negotiations in accordance with the established pricing policy.
• Registering proposals and projects in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Successful work experience in the field of HVAC or heat pumps.
• Good knowledge of hydraulic diagrams.
• Ability to independently select the right equipment according to the needs of the project.
• Work experience in cooperation with installers.
• Systematic thinking, responsibility and independence.
• Advantages:
• Work experience at an HVAC equipment manufacturer or distributor.
• Project sales experience.
• Ability to clearly and understandably present and explain technical solutions.
• Good written and oral knowledge of English and Polish.
