We are looking for a Sales Engineer who is able to combine technical understanding with sales and grow the business through real customer solutions.
Tasks and responsibilities
Selling technical solutions (electronics/manufacturing) to B2B clients
Analysis of customer needs and selection of the most suitable solutions
Preparation of commercial offers and negotiations with clients
Search for new clients and business development (LinkedIn, outbound, partners)
Development of relationships with existing clients and project development
Project coordination between the client and the internal team (engineering, manufacturing, purchasing)
Sales pipeline management and achievement of set goals
Tracking key indicators (sales, margin, conversions)

Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in technical products/solutions in B2B sales
Technical thinking and ability to understand the product (electronics/manufacturing is a big advantage)
Ability to independently generate new customers and develop a sales pipeline
Experience working with foreign customers
Good negotiation and communication skills
Technical English (written and spoken)
Experience working with CRM/ERP systems
Ability to analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions
Ability to manage customer projects from request to implementation
Result-oriented and ability to work with sales indicators (pipeline, sales, margin)
