Main responsibilities:
- Participate in sales planning, monitor and analyze the market situation.
- Business customer service – manage a portfolio of business customers, ensure long-term relationships, identify their needs and offer solutions that create value.
- Maintain close relations with existing customers, provide consultations, promptly solve their problems and ensure high quality customer service.
- Public procurement management – prepare tender documentation, participate in public procurement.
- Administrative work – administer the self-service portal, oversee the card digitization process, resolve technical customer issues (card malfunction, access problems) and take care of account administration.
