Nature of work
Administration and execution of orders received from sales managers and the e-store;
Preparation and coordination of orders with customers, and if necessary - the offer of additional goods or services;
Administration of e-store orders from their receipt to the dispatch of the goods;
Ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process and its improvement;
Monitoring and supervision of product balances;
Communication and prompt cooperation with couriers;
Maintaining contact with customers after the sale, in order to ensure a good customer experience.

Employee requirements
Experience in administering customer inquiries and orders;
Experience in administering and developing an e-store would be an advantage;
Good command of English, both spoken and written (for communicating with customers);
Ability to plan, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Initiative and willingness not only to complete tasks, but also to look for better solutions;
Customer and result-oriented;
Category B driver's license.
