The Clinic of Aesthetic Medicine and Laser Dermatology is looking for a Sales and Commercial Manager who would be responsible for real turnover growth and the implementation of commercial solutions.
We are looking for a person with mature professional experience, good knowledge of service sales processes, able to see untapped potential and take actions to ensure stable sales growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a person with mature professional experience, good knowledge of service sales processes, able to see untapped potential and take actions to ensure stable sales growth.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Formation and implementation of sales and commercial direction in practice;
- Active and direct participation in turnover growth;
- Identification and realization of commercial opportunities: development of a portfolio of services and procedures, creation of packages, programs and pricing;
- Increasing the value of existing customers: creation of procedure combinations (add-ons), repeat visits and loyalty solutions;
- Analysis of the return on sales, marketing actions and offers (ROI);
- Initiating and implementing solutions with direct financial returns: growth in registrations, sales of services and packages, increasing customer value (LTV);
- Refining and transforming the clinic's strengths into a clear market distinctiveness, understandable to the customer and directly contributing to sales and turnover growth;
- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure that the value proposition is clearly communicated and converted into sales;
- Regular presentation of results to management, substantiating decisions with data.
Employee requirements
- At least 7-10 years of experience in sales, commerce or business development;
- Experience in a management position;
- Experience in the aesthetic medicine, medical services, health or premium services sector is a great advantage;
- Strong commercial and financial awareness;
- Ability to independently identify inefficiencies and areas where revenue is lost, initiate solutions and implement them to a result, not limited to delegation;
- Orientation towards turnover and profitability growth.
