You will be responsible for:
- Sales of professional cosmetics to beauty masters and beauty or wellness companies in the Kaunas region
- Organization and coordination of seminars, events;
- Attraction and introduction of new clients (beauty masters, companies);
- Working with existing clients, servicing them, visiting, consulting;
- Achieving sales goals, analyzing results, improving the sales process;
- Continuous development in the field of cosmetology products.
Employee requirements
- You have at least 1 year of successful managerial experience (work in cosmetology or beauty is an advantage);
- You like to represent products, communicate and build relationships with customers;
- You are able to make decisions independently and make suggestions;
- Independence, responsibility, initiative - your strengths;
- Creativity, sociability, orientation towards the best result - this is what you are guided by in your work;
- The beauty industry is close to you and you constantly follow its news;
- Excellent MS Office skills;
- Good knowledge of English (written and spoken);
- You have a driver's license (category B).
