· You will look for new sources of funding: business partners, sponsors, foundations or individuals and cooperation opportunities;
· You will maintain relationships with existing partners, take care of their involvement;
· You will develop and present proposals to businesses, sponsors and social partners;
· You will contribute to the organization's communication and public relations initiatives;
· You will analyze the market and propose ideas on how to increase the impact and awareness of our activities.

· Experience in sales, partnerships or fundraising (NGO experience is an advantage);
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
· Creativity, independence and initiative;
· Ability to clearly present ideas and "sell" not only a service, but also a meaningful mission;
· Interest in sustainability and environmental protection topics;
· Ability to independently plan time and achieve results.
