Your main responsibilities:
- Analyze sales results, KPIs and their dynamics of different service areas, identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and improve sales and performance reports.
- Contribute to the development of new reports and analytical solutions, defining the necessary indicators, data and principles for their presentation.
- Provide conclusions and recommendations based on data and report analysis.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of reports using Power BI and other tools used in the company.
- Prepare reports and analytical information for management, clearly presenting key insights in PowerPoint slides.
- Contribute to improving sales planning, forecasting and operational efficiency.
- Identify sales and service development opportunities and contribute to their implementation.
- Cooperate with analytics and other company departments in implementing joint initiatives.

- Experience in sales, business development, operations management or analytics.
- Able to analyze data, identify trends, find reasons for them and formulate clear conclusions and recommendations.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and able to work effectively with data.
- Practical experience with Power BI and able to create and improve reports and visualizations.
- Understand sales and performance KPIs and be able to interpret them.
- Able to present analytical information and conclusions to management in a clear and structured manner.
- You are proactive, curious, result-oriented and able to independently find solutions.
- Able to collaborate smoothly with colleagues from different fields.
