SALES AND PROJECT MANAGER

This is a fixed-term position for September–December – the most intense and interesting period of our year. The pace of work is currently high, but the result is very specific and visible: the client’s idea becomes a real gift within a few weeks.

• We will ensure comfortable working conditions, a detailed training program for a newcomer
• We will provide all the necessary tools for work, we will be flexible in terms of work schedule
• Clear sales goals and motivational system.
• A functioning base of suppliers, products and partners, existing customers and new inquiries.
• A small team, quick decisions, help and support during the move.

• You have successful B2B sales experience; project management experience would be a great advantage.
• You communicate confidently and professionally with business clients, know how to negotiate and are not afraid to sell.
• You are able to prepare a commercial offer, work with prices and are good at using PowerPoint, Excel and other everyday work tools.
• You are able to manage several projects, priorities and deadlines at the same time.
• You have a good aesthetic sense and attention to detail.
• You are able to communicate and write a working letter in English.

Experience in business gifts, promotional items, printing, packaging, advertising agencies, events or other project-based B2B business is a great advantage.

• Working place: Justiniškių g. 138, Vilnius.
• Salary: about 1500 - 1750 € fixed salary per month in hand.

We will agree on a stable part of the salary, taking into account your competencies and expectations.

• Additional seasonal bonus for exceeding the sales target.
