Waiting for you:
- Development and implementation of the marketing, communication and sales strategy of the LKU Credit Union Group
- Creation of credit union sales plans, supervision of their implementation, consulting on sales issues and conducting training
- Team formation, goal setting and employee motivation
- Introduction of LKU Credit Union Group products to the market
- Initiation and implementation of advertising campaigns and event sponsorship
- Creation and management of marketing, communication and sales budgets
We hope that:
- You have a higher education in management, marketing or another related field
- You have at least 4 years of work experience in marketing and sales
- You have led a team, are able to form, motivate and develop it
- You have successful experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- You are able to think strategically and make data-based decisions
- You have experience in working with partners, in negotiations and in developing business relationships
- You communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing
- You have a category B driver's license
