Nature of work:

  • Active participation in the development of the company's business strategy;
  • Planning, organizing and implementing sales and marketing activities;
  • Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies in accordance with the company's strategic goals;
  • Analysis of market, competitor, customer needs and behavior;
  • Sales forecasting and planning growth opportunities, setting sales goals, KPIs;
  • Planning and coordinating marketing campaigns;
  • Ensuring brand positioning and consistent communication;
  • Forming, training, motivating and organizing sales and marketing teams;
  • Analysis of performance indicators, preparing reports for the direct manager;
  • Representing the company at meetings, exhibitions and events;
  • Cooperation with advertising, tourism agencies, partners, service providers, etc.;
  • Forming and maintaining a positive company image in the market.

Requirements for the candidate:

  • Higher education;
  • At least 3 years of managerial experience;
  • At least 3 years of experience in the field of wellness/tourism services;
  • Business knowledge of the wellness/tourism sector;
  • Service management and customer service experience;
  • Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian, English and/or Russian;
  • Ability to build, motivate and inspire a team;
  • Results-oriented, proactive, strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strategic thinking and independence;
  • Ability to travel.
