Nature of work:

Your responsibilities would be:
  • Participate in the formation and implementation of the company's business strategy.
  • Form and implement an ambitious sales and marketing strategy;
  • Analyze the market, identify business development opportunities and translate them into concrete results.
  • Strengthen and consistently develop the Grand SPA Lietuva brand by planning and coordinating marketing campaigns.
  • Forecast sales by service segments, analyze results and prepare data-based growth forecasts.
  • Set clear department performance indicators (KPIs), monitor their implementation and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Develop strategic partnerships in Lithuania and abroad and represent the company.
  • Lead the sales/marketing team - mobilize, motivate, and inspire the team to achieve the highest results;
  • Ensure revenue growth and long-term value creation for the organization.

Requirements for the candidate:

We hope that you:
  • Have at least 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Have worked in the tourism, hotel or wellness sector (an advantage).
  • You think strategically, are able to make decisions and act quickly and confidently;
  • You are a leader who is able to inspire a team and achieve common goals.
  • You are focused on business results and growth.
  • You communicate excellently in Lithuanian and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
  • You are proactive, responsible and able to see opportunities where others do not see them.
