We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.
Duties:
Establish and develop professional relationships with the distribution and channel management teams to understand and meet customer needs within the scope of the contract;
Develop business development activities for the distribution and channel management teams to support the business strategy defined by management;
Develop proposal opportunities, prepare responses to proposals, participate in negotiations with potential customers and maintain customer relations in order to win projects;
Identify potential opportunities with the distribution and channel management teams, discuss their needs and explain how specific products and services can meet these needs in order to create a new customer base and increase sales;
Develop new business proposals for the distribution and channel management teams to develop the business;
Assist management in distribution and channel management. Maintains personal long-term relationships with customers, aiming to influence current and future opportunities;
Coordinates and implements marketing activities in the country, taking into account the global marketing strategy. Ensures marketing standards and company guidelines;
Development, control of a customer-oriented sales and marketing strategy and support of the team for its implementation.
Job objective:
Co-development and implementation of the strategy to achieve a leading position in HVAC in the Baltic markets;
Planning and implementation of the company's most important KPIs;
Coordination of sales, administrative and service processes in Lithuania.

Employee requirements
Requirements:
Sales/marketing and customer service experience;
Experience in the energy or technology sector;
Relevant higher or secondary education (heating engineer or heating and air conditioning technician with general commercial education);
Bachelor's degree would be an advantage (in management, marketing, etc.);
English language skills;
Driver's license;
Willingness to travel;
Willingness to work from an office;
Goal-oriented and success-oriented mindset;
Good communication skills.
