- Turn growth ambitions into concrete results in Lithuania and beyond;
- Build and inspire a team for a common goal;
- Help create products that will find their way to international markets;
- Build strong relationships with partners, customers and sales agents worldwide;
- Manage sales and marketing budgets, ensuring the achievement of set goals;
- Initiate decisions and changes that create greater value.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in leading sales and marketing activities and international sales development;
- Ability to plan and manage budgets, analyze results and make decisions that promote business growth and profitability;
- Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and team building skills, result orientation and quick decision-making;
- Responsibility, initiative, openness to change, willingness to improve and share knowledge;
- Very good Lithuanian and English languages and good skills in working with MS Office programs;
- We will consider experience in manufacturing, metalworking, jewelry or similar fields, as well as experience in participating in international exhibitions as an advantage.
