We are growing and looking for a responsible, organized and curious team member to join our daily activity coordination, customer service and supply process management.

NATURE OF WORK
- Administration of customer inquiries and coordination of the sales process
- Product search, order formation and supply organization
- Transport organization and logistics coordination for both supply and delivery of customer orders
- Communication with suppliers in Lithuania and abroad
- Preparation and translations of technical and commercial documentation
- Administration and registration of primary accounting documents in the system
- Preparation of reports for the manager and accounting
- Market monitoring, analysis of offers and systematization of information
- Coordination of daily organizational processes
WE HOPE YOU
- You are responsible, organized and able to plan your work
- You know how to communicate clearly and work both in a team and independently
- You learn quickly and are not afraid of technical information
- You are able to systematize information and manage several tasks at once
- You have good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook)
- You are able to work with information or accounting systems
ADVANTAGES
- Higher or higher education
- Knowledge of English and/or Polish
- Experience working with accounting or business management systems
- Experience in sales, product supply or customer service
- Understanding of technical products or engineering
- Initiative, desire to improve and contribute to process improvement
