Sales and Network Support Manager (work throughout Lithuania)

In this position, you will become an important link: you will ensure the smooth operation of our stores (in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai, Panevėžys, Alytus and Druskininkai) in different cities of Lithuania during employee holidays and actively develop B2B (business to business) sales, also visiting medical institution clients throughout the country.

What will you do:

• Supporting the store network (Healthcare Products) (about 30–50% of the time): You will travel to our stores throughout Lithuania, replace sales consultants during their holidays or other justified absences, ensure the highest standard of customer service and smooth operation of the store on site;
• Active B2B sales (about 50–70% of the time): You will plan and visit clients of healthcare institutions and institutions in the regions (near stores), present our new products/services, prepare offers, maintain contact and help close sales;
• You will work together with the central TEIDA team.

We expect you to:

• Have experience in retail, customer service or active (B2B) sales;
• Have a higher education in physiotherapy, occupational therapy or sports (would be an advantage);
• Are prepared for frequent travel and business trips throughout Lithuania;
• Have a category B driver's license and driving experience;
• Have excellent communication, negotiation and quick adaptation skills to new situations;
• Are independent, responsible and able to effectively plan your time and routes;
• Are result-oriented and provide excellent customer service.
