WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO:
- You will work with active sales in the B2B customer segment in the European market;
- You will look for new customers and maintain contact with existing ones;
- You will create marketing plans that stimulate sales, create an advertising strategy;
- You will promote brand awareness in Lithuania and Europe;
- You will analyze the market, generate ideas;;
- Preparing campaign reports and evaluating results;
- You will participate in international exhibitions.
- You will go on business trips throughout Europe.
- You will prepare commercial offers and negotiate contracts with customers.
WE HOPE THAT YOU:
- Have experience in active sales and good negotiation skills;
- Are driven to achieve set goals;
- Have good English skills;
- Have experience in developing marketing and/or communication strategies;
- Have experience with Meta and/or Google Ads;
- Are interested in the field of beauty products and dietary supplements;
- Have organizational and coordination skills;
- An advantage if you have experience in the field of dietary supplements and cosmetics notification;
- An advantage if you know how to use Canva or another graphic design program.
