Your main mission:
To develop and grow sales of NDT (non-destructive testing) services in Lithuania and international markets, and to expand B2B sales of laboratory testing and certification services.

To develop and grow sales of NDT (non-destructive testing) services in Lithuania and international markets, and to expand B2B sales of laboratory testing and certification services.
Your responsibilities:
- Form and implement the company's sales and business development strategy in the B2B segment
- Develop sales of NDT services in Lithuania and international markets (current priority)
- Increase sales of laboratory testing and certification services for construction materials
- Actively search for new customers and markets (in Lithuania and international markets)
- Develop relationships with existing customers and strategic partners
- Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences and other events
- Develop and implement service marketing and positioning solutions
- Analyze the market, competitive environment and provide insights to management
- Manage the sales process from first contact to contract signing
- Cooperate with technical departments to create value for the client
What do we expect from you:
- Higher education (in business, engineering or similar field)
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales / business development
- Experience in NDT, laboratory testing, engineering or technical services sales is a big advantage
- Experience in developing sales in foreign markets is an advantage
- Strategic thinking and ability to grow a business
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Independence, initiative and result orientation
- Good knowledge of English
