- You will build and expand your sales team in Alytus (later there is an opportunity to expand to other cities);
- You will select, develop and motivate team members;
- You will help the team achieve high results and personal growth;
- You will organize team activities and ensure effective work;
- You will contribute to the development of the region's business and the implementation of strategic goals;
- You will set an example of leadership yourself and be a true team leader.

- Active sales experience;
- Experience in leading people or coordinating teams;

Experience in the insurance sector would be an advantage, but not necessary.
