Your responsibilities:
Implementation of sales strategy.
Formation, development and inspiration of a strong, motivated sales team.
Management, analysis and continuous optimization of sales processes.
Setting, implementation and control of sales goals.
Building and developing long-term relationships with customers.
Sales analysis, planning and reporting.
Close cooperation with other departments of the company.
Monitoring market trends and identifying new opportunities.

Employee requirements
You have at least 2 years of experience in international B2B sales (engineering projects or industrial sales sectors).
You have led a team and are able to grow it.
You have strong negotiation and communication skills.
You are confident in working with CRM systems.
You think strategically and are result-oriented.
You speak English (at least B2 level)
French and/or German is an advantage.
You are proactive, ambitious and like challenges.
