🔎 You will be responsible for:
- Daily work with sales managers – individual interviews, joint visits to clients, situation discussions, support and mentoring.
- Motivating the sales team and ensuring a good microclimate.
- Developing team competencies, strengthening engagement and providing constant feedback.
- Planning team activities, implementing sales strategy.
- Analyzing sales results, progress and providing insights.
- Understanding the needs of existing and potential customers, building long-term relationships and finding solutions.
✅ What do we expect from you?
- Experience in B2B services or products sales.
- Good English skills (B2 level).
- Category B driver's license and driving skills.
- Success stories from experience in leading a sales team.
- Strong understanding of teamwork and a sincere desire to spend time with people.
- Ability to actively work with people: development, engagement, support, performance discussions.
- Ability to show direction by example and be a true "playing coach" for the team.
- Strategic thinking and ability to make decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organizational skills.
- Results-oriented and able to achieve them together with a team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and flexible to change.

💰 Salary:
Salary: 3800 EUR (before taxes) + bonuses paid every four months.
