Sales Team Leader/Company Director

Your strategic mission:

  • Generating business growth: you will formulate and implement a sales strategy, ensuring consistent growth of the company's revenue.
  • Team leadership and performance analysis: you will lead a team of managers, conduct constant monitoring of indicators (KPI), conduct one-to-one interviews and develop the team's ability to create value for the client.
  • Legal and problem management: you will work closely with the company's lawyer, managing legal risks.
  • Customer experience and satisfaction management: you will ensure high satisfaction of residents and customers, personally contact key partners and promptly respond to feedback.
  • Market and competitor analysis: you will analyze competitors' actions, market trends and adapt the service basket to always be one step ahead.

We hope you:

  • You have 3-5 years of successful management experience, where sales results, development and team development were your priority.
  • You are characterized by a “problem-solver” mindset: you are able to make decisive decisions in crisis situations and manage legal disputes.
  • You are a master negotiator, able to find solutions in complex situations (including debt management or contract disputes).
  • You have a higher education and excellent management skills.
  • You are able to work in a dynamic environment where initiative and results are valued more than the process.
  • You drive a car and are ready for active communication with customers.
