Sales Team Leader

We are currently looking for a Sales Team Manager who will be responsible for the sales teams of private customers in Tele2 showrooms in the Vilnius region. Tele2 customer satisfaction and company results will depend on you and the team you lead. You will be responsible for team development, smooth operation of the showrooms, good atmosphere and sales results.

• working with a team - taking care of employee development, motivation, providing feedback, introducing newcomers;
• ensuring smooth operation of the showrooms, customer service and sales processes in the points assigned to you;
• helping the team and together achieving the set sales and customer satisfaction goals;
• cooperating with other teams of the company by ensuring proper communication and implementing joint projects.

We hope that you:

• have sales and/or customer service experience, you like it and are good at it (experience in the telecommunications field is an advantage);
• have experience in leading a team of at least 5 people, able to motivate them to achieve goals;
• are interested in technologies and telecommunications market trends;
• want to take personal responsibility for the tasks assigned to you;
• have excellent Lithuanian language skills (verbal and written);
• have a driver's license and your own car.

Salary

The base salary is determined according to the level of competencies: 2400 EUR, 2800 EUR or 3300 EUR (excluding taxes). With bonuses for achieved results, it can reach 4000 EUR and more (excluding taxes).
