While working in this position, you will receive a basic salary and a monthly bonus, which depends on the results achieved.

What will you do?
- You will constantly develop your team members and motivate them to achieve the best sales results
- You will work individually with sales managers, model various sales techniques and ensure the quality of work while serving BITĖ's customers
- You will pay great attention to the effective organization of team work and the achievement of set goals
