SALES CONSULTANT, H&M PLC Panorama, Vilnius (20-30h/week)

As a sales consultant, you will contribute to creating a great shopping experience for customers. You will meet customers, help them find the products they need and share knowledge about fashion and our collections. Working together with the team, you will contribute to creating a neat, inspiring and customer-friendly store environment. By following our values, you will contribute to the success of the store and the company.

Responsibilities:

• Share knowledge about fashion, products and trends, helping customers find the most suitable solutions for them.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a great customer shopping experience at every stage of their visit.
• Ensure replenishment, order and attractive presentation of products on the sales floor and in the warehouse.
• Contribute to the opening and closing processes of the store.
• Represent H&M values when communicating with customers and colleagues.

TEAM:

Our stores are the foundation of H&M’s business – it is here that the customer experience and brand image are created. When you join the team, you will work together with sales consultants, department heads, store managers and other colleagues to achieve common store goals. You will also collaborate with other store and regional teams, sharing best practices and commercial insights. At the same time, you will ensure that it is easy for customers to discover the latest trends and products during each visit.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We are looking for people who have:

• Customer service experience in retail, fashion or a similar field (experience would be an advantage, but not necessary).
• A desire to communicate with people and an interest in fashion. Everything else – we will teach you!
