The BEST team is looking for the BEST person!
We are looking for a motivated, responsible and communicative team member to work in
retail. In this position, you will be responsible for customer service in the store, by phone and email, advising customers when choosing products and a smooth
payment process.
This is a position for someone who enjoys working with people, wants to learn, improve and grow together with the team. Experience in this field is an advantage, but not necessary - the most important thing is
motivation, responsibility and willingness to work.
In this position, it is important that each customer is served in a pleasant, professional manner and
remains satisfied with the service provided.
The main part of daily work is high-quality customer service. The employee will
consult customers in the physical store, answer calls and emails, help
choose the most suitable products and provide the necessary information about the assortment.
An important part of the job is working with incoming customers: both those who come to the store and those who contact by phone or e-mail. You will need to understand the needs of customers, clearly present the products and offer the most suitable solution.
The employee will also work with the cash register: accept payments in cash, bank cards or transfers, ensure an orderly payment process and responsibly manage related operations.
In everyday activities, it is also important to maintain order in the workplace, monitor the presentation of goods, accurately convey information to colleagues and contribute to the smooth operation of the store.
If a customer encounters a problem or has complaints, you will need to politely, calmly and
quickly help find a solution.

Ability to work on weekdays and 1 Saturday per month.
