SALES CONSULTANT, PC Ozas, Vilnius (20 and 30h/week)

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in creating an impeccable customer experience. You will greet customers, help them navigate the store or find the products they need, while also showing them the products available. By following our values, you will contribute to your own success and the success of the company.

Responsibilities:

→Share your knowledge about fashion and products with customers to help them make a well-informed decision.
→Work with the team to provide the best customer service at every step of the customer journey.
→Ensure the hall and warehouse are stocked, organized and welcoming,
→Assist with store opening and closing routines.
→Represent yourself and the company when communicating with customers.

TEAM:

Our stores are the heart of H&M’s business – it’s where the customer experience and brand image are created. When you join the team, you’ll work alongside sales consultants, department heads, store managers and other colleagues to achieve common store goals. You’ll also collaborate with other store and regional teams, sharing best practices and commercial insights. Together, you’ll ensure that customers can easily discover the latest trends and products during every visit.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

We’re looking for people who have:

• Customer service experience in retail, fashion or a similar field (experience would be an advantage, but not necessary).
• A desire to communicate with people and an interest in fashion. We’ll teach you everything else!

We also expect you to:

• You enjoy working in a team and in a dynamic environment.
• You are communicative, curious and want to constantly learn and improve.
• You are not afraid to use technology in your daily work.
• You are flexible and action-oriented.
• You have knowledge of the Lithuanian language at least at the A2 level.

This is a 0.5 and 0.75 full-time job offer, in the H&M store in Vilnius, located at PC Ozas. Please indicate how many hours per week you are available to work when applying. The work is organized with a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings and weekends.

In order to manage the high number of applications for sales consultants, we use an online assessment method for skills-based recruitment in some of our stores.
