TYPE OF WORK:
As a sales consultant, you will play a key role in creating a flawless customer experience. You will greet customers, help them navigate the store or find the products they need, while also showing them the products we have available. By following our values, you will contribute to your own and the company's success.
Responsibilities:
→Share your knowledge about fashion and products with customers to help them make a well-informed decision.
→Work with the team to provide the best customer service at every step of the customer journey.
→Ensure the hall and warehouse are stocked, organized and welcoming,
→Assist with store opening and closing routines.
→Represent yourself and the company when communicating with customers.
TEAM:
Our stores are the heart of the company, as this is where customers have direct contact with our brand. As part of our dynamic team, every role, from sales consultant, department manager, store manager, visual artist to cashier, contributes to creating an inspiring and welcoming atmosphere. You will also collaborate with the larger Area team, collaborating with other stores to share insights and observations to further develop the company, stores and your own success. Together with the team, you will have a key role in ensuring that customers feel confident and express their individuality, choosing from the latest trends and long-lasting styles. By creating meaningful relationships with customers in our stores, we ensure that fashion is accessible and sustainable for everyone.
