We are looking for an organized, communicative and proactive SALES COORDINATOR who, together with the Sales Project Manager, would contribute to the coordination of sales processes, preparation of commercial proposals and smooth cooperation with customers and suppliers in an international environment.
We are looking for an organized, communicative and proactive SALES COORDINATOR who, together with the Sales Project Manager, would contribute to the coordination of sales processes, preparation of commercial proposals and smooth cooperation with customers and suppliers in an international environment.
NATURE OF WORK:
- Prepare and administer commercial offers and sales-related documentation
- Plan and coordinate meetings with clients, prepare information necessary for meetings
- Maintain daily communication with existing and potential clients and suppliers
- Administer and constantly update information in the CRM system
- Participate in meetings with clients, assist with communication in German if necessary
- Collaborate with project management and other departments, ensuring smooth flow of information and timely implementation of tasks

- Able to communicate in German, both orally and in writing
- Good organizational and communication skills
- You are attentive to details, responsible, and independently plan and organize your work
- Able to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- If necessary, can go on short-term business trips abroad to participate in meetings with clients
