Used car sales company Carcart LTD is looking for a Sales Coordinator who will contribute to a smooth sales process, help customers at every stage of their journey and become an important part of the sales team.
Carcart LTD has been operating in the United Kingdom since 2017. Our main goal is to sell used cars online. Over the years, we have grown to a fleet of over 200 vehicles and continue to expand rapidly. We strive to constantly improve sales processes and ensure a professional customer experience from the first inquiry to the car pick-up. We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Coordinator who will help coordinate the sales process, administer customer inquiries and contribute to successful sales.

Job Description:
- Communication with customers by phone and in writing;
- Registering inquiries in the system;
- Distributing inquiries to sellers;
- Communication with leasing companies and administering financing processes;
- Consulting with customers and working with their inquiries;
- Working with car ads.
Employee requirements
- Fluent in English;
- Very good computer literacy;
- Experience in sales;
- Knowledge of financing products would be an advantage;
- General knowledge of cars, their configurations;
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Result-oriented and high quality customer service.
