Nature of work:
- Supervision and supervision of sales departments in Vilnius and Kaunas. There are 4 stores in each of these cities.
- Selection and introduction of new employees according to the organization's training program;
- Improvement of general order and customer service;
- Offering promotions and providing other measures to stimulate sales;
- Implementation of sales plans;
- Analysis and control of reports and indicators in your area;
- Cooperation with team members of other functional departments in order to ensure the smooth operation of sales department processes.
Employee requirements:
- Successful work experience in a similar activity, especially in the retail sector, would be an advantage;
- Good work and time planning skills;
- Ability to work with Excel, basic knowledge of the Rivilė program;
- Good knowledge of English and Russian;
- Positivity and willingness to act.
