- Administration of customer inquiries and coordination of information.
- Preparation of commercial offers, orders and other documents.
- Control of order execution, deadlines and agreements.
- Administration of sales data when working with the "Rivile" system.
- Coordination of information between customers, sales team and administration.
- Search for potential customers and collection of information for business development.
- Assistance to the sales manager in coordinating daily sales and commercial processes.
- Communication with Lithuanian and foreign customers by e-mail and telephone.

- Responsibility, diligence and ability to organize one's work.
- Ability to work with information, documents and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills when communicating with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to use Excel and other computer programs.
- Quick learning and willingness to work with business management systems.
- Motivation to improve in the field of sales, customer service or commerce.
