Nature of work
We are looking for a B2B Sales Coordinator-Manager who would be responsible for active Workland sales in the Kaunas region. In this position, the most important thing will be not only to administer incoming inquiries, but also to actively search for new customers and manage the entire sales process - from the first contact to the contract. Develop and strengthen the growing Workland community in Kaunas.

- Actively search for new B2B customers in the Kaunas region and create new sales opportunities;
- Contact potential customers by phone, e-mail, LinkedIn and live;
- Understand the customer's need and present the most suitable solution;
- Organize meetings, presentations, negotiations;
- Prepare commercial offers and manage the entire sales process;
- Work with existing members, contacts and look for opportunities to grow sales;
- Track your sales results, prepare reports and achieve set goals;
- Collaborate with other teams to find new growth opportunities.

You will succeed here if:
- You have B2B sales experience, creativity and courage, and discipline;
- Active customer search is a normal part of sales work for you;
- You know how to not only make contact, but also negotiate the conditions when concluding a deal; Find solutions;
- You are proactive - you see an opportunity and take action;
- You are able to independently plan your time, priorities, working day and take responsibility for the result;
- Negotiations and communication with different people are not a problem for you;
- You speak and write Lithuanian and English well;
