Sales Coordinator

Radisson Collection Astoria Hotel invites an experienced Sales Coordinator to join its team, who will be responsible for promoting and developing sales of hotel services and events.

Main responsibilities:

Active sales of hotel services, events and offers;
Maintaining and developing relations with existing and potential customers;
Preparing commercial offers and conducting negotiations;
Implementing sales goals;
Cooperation with the Sales Manager.

Candidate requirements:

Work experience in sales (advantage - in the hotel or hospitality sector);
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Initiative, result orientation and ability to solve problems independently;
Excellent organizational and time management skills;
Ability to work in a dynamic, high-standard environment;
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written);
Higher education in business administration, sales, event organization or similar field.
