Your responsibilities
- Coordination of the sales process and daily assistance to the sales manager, ensuring smooth work;
- Communication with customers and partners, administration of inquiries, coordination of production and delivery processes;
- Preparation of contracts and documents and their management in the internal company system;
- Administration of projects, warehouse balances, customer debts and claims and cooperation with other departments.
Working hours: I-V 7:30-16:00
Your profile
- Higher or higher education;
- 1.5 + years of experience in customer service or sales;
- Knowledge of English (required), knowledge of Polish or Russian (advantage);
- Excellent organizational, communication skills and the ability to effectively plan and prioritize work.
