what will you do
- Consult clients and their relatives on wheelchairs (active, electric, satellite-controlled), electric drives, lifts, stair climbers and housing adaptation solutions;
- Visit clients at home, medical institutions, rehabilitation centers and nursing homes – help select a device and demonstrate it (mostly in the Vilnius region, sometimes – trips around Lithuania);
- Find out what compensation the client is entitled to (TPPC, SODRA), and together with the team help prepare documents;
- Prepare offers and coordinate the client's journey from the first contact to the delivery of the device;
- Create and maintain relationships with doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers and organizations;
- Register clients and sales in the CRM system.
What are we hoping for
- Sales experience and ability to close the deal;
- Empathy and patience when communicating with people with mobility disabilities and their relatives;
- Correct Lithuanian language;
- Category B driver's license and willingness to travel to customers;
- Responsibility, independence, regular computer work.
It will be an advantage
- Own car;
- Experience in the field of medical supplies, technical aids or rehabilitation;
- Education in physiotherapy, occupational therapy, nursing or social work;
- Knowledge of TPPC, SODRA or other compensation systems;
- Knowledge of Russian or English.
