About us
We are the most advanced accounting services company - UAB "ADMONEO". We are currently looking for a sales coordinator to join our team.
Nature of work:
- Communication with existing and potential customers by phone and e-mail, responding to incoming inquiries;
- Clarifying customer needs, providing information about the services provided and proposing the most suitable solutions;
- Preparing commercial offers, presenting them to customers and supporting further communication;
- Coordination of the sales process - from the first customer inquiry to the conclusion of the contract;
- Preparing contracts, organizing the conclusion and supporting post-sales communication;
- Organizing meetings and conversations with potential customers;
- Proactively contacting existing and potential customers by phone or e-mail, when necessary to ensure the sales process;
- Administration of customer inquiries and sales information, cooperation with the team.
We hope you:
- You communicate well both verbally and in writing in Lithuanian and English;
- You do not avoid phone calls and, if necessary, you boldly take the initiative to contact new clients;
- You have experience in B2B sales;
- You have computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams;
- You have minimal knowledge in the field of accounting.
Advantages:

- Knowledge of Russian/Polish in writing and speaking.
