WE WILL TRUST YOU:
- ensure an efficient and smooth sales process
- be the point of contact for our partners in order to fulfill sales and service needs and goals
- collaborate with the Sales Manager and team
- promptly and timely process received inquiries
- prepare commercial offers, coordinate orders
- administer invoices and overdue payment processes
- manage contracts and proactively seek their extension, submit sales offers
- manage data using MS NAVISION and SALESFORCE systems
We hope you:
- you are fluent in English (both written and oral)
- you have excellent computer skills (MS Office) (MS Navision, Salesforce program would be an advantage)
- you have obtained a higher education
- you like analyzing requests, fulfilling customer needs and are focused on team results
- you are a quick-witted, energetic, smart, receptive and sociable person
