SALES OPERATIONS MANAGER

“Kvedarų Ūkis” is one of the largest vegetable farms in the Baltic States and operates a BRC certified processing factory. Business model: “we manage the entire product path – from the field to the shelf”. “Kvedarų Ūkis” produces sauerkraut, cucumbers, lettuce, kimchi, cooked and cleaned vegetables and other products. We supply them to all the largest Lithuanian retail chains and HoReCa clients, and we also export.
In five years, we have more than doubled our turnover – to more than 14 million. We are now strengthening our processes and commercial team.
We are looking for an experienced FMCG or food production professional who will take over the sales operations function, create it from scratch, and then take on the development of new customers and export markets.

First ~6 months – sales operations:

• You will take over daily customer service and order coordination (retail chains, B2B, HoReCa, export): orders, deliveries, transport, documents.
• You will review how the function works now and create a clear, described process from order to payment.
• You will be responsible for the order of prices and customer data, claims and credit account registers.
• Together with the finance team, you will monitor credit limits and payment terms.
• You will provide insights to the sales manager and production team about customer needs and order forecasts.

Later – new customers and markets:

• You will develop new customer segments in Lithuania that we do not serve today.
• You will expand the export direction: existing export customers, search for new partners, international exhibitions.

• At least 3 years of experience in an FMCG or food manufacturing company - in the field of sales operations, customer service or customer management.
• Experience working with retail chains or other B2B customers.
• Ability not only to execute, but also to create and describe a process.
• Fluent in English at a working level - written and spoken.
• Good skills in Excel and ERP systems.
• Category B driver's license.
• Independence, responsibility for results and a desire to grow in the development of new customers.

Advantages:

• Knowledge of other foreign languages.
