Sales Manager

We are looking for a manager who is able to see the entire value chain: from market demand to production capacity, and can create a sales structure that operates stably, predictably and efficiently. The goal of this position is to ensure sustainable sales growth, balanced with production capacity.

Main responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategy in the B2B segment
Manage and standardize sales processes
Ensure stable order flow, combining it with production capacities
Apply throughput (TOC) principles to optimize sales and production balance
Analyze the market (in the printing and engineering areas), identify growth opportunities
Develop long-term relationships with customers
Formulate offers focused on packaging and labeling solutions
Set KPIs and ensure their implementation
Cooperate with other departments to achieve efficiency
Ensure representative marketing measures (for sales support)
Coordinate market analysis and insight generation

At least 3-5 years of experience in a B2B sales manager/commercial manager position
Experience working with technical/manufacturing products or solutions
Ability to manage and grow a team (experience working with at least 10 employees)
Understanding how to balance sales with production capacity (knowledge of TOC principles is an advantage)
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Experience in standardizing sales processes
Orientation towards results and business growth
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
