Description of responsibilities:
When you become part of BTA, your responsibilities will be:
- Organize group work to ensure high-quality processing of requests;
- Contribute to the processing of requests received from brokers;
- Administer insurance contracts;
- Sell BTA insurance products through brokers.

Remuneration system:
2000 - 2200 €/month. fixed part without tax deduction;
+ monthly bonus up to 40% of fixed remuneration;
+ quarterly bonus for achieving sales targets set by the team;
+ Annual bonus up to 125% of one month's fixed remuneration for company results.
- have a higher education in the field of insurance, economics or mathematics;
- have a positive attitude and are able to solve problems;
- are able to speak and write correctly in Lithuanian;
- are distinguished by initiative, analytical thinking and receptiveness to innovations;
- have excellent organizational and teamwork skills;
- are proficient in computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
