This position is for someone who enjoys dynamics, communication with customers and order in processes. Here you will need to not only support the sales team or communicate with customers, but also perform technical / systemic work: work with internal systems, enter orders, maintain databases, coordinate technical and organizational processes of seminars and ensure that information travels accurately and on time.

Therefore, we are looking for a versatile, responsible and quick-witted person who is not afraid of technical tasks, is able to prioritize and complete work from A to Z.

What will your job be like?

Your responsibilities will consist of two main parts:

1. Sales department support and technical process coordination

  • Provide daily assistance to the sales manager and sales team;
  • Manage documents, prepare reports and other necessary information;
  • Maintain, update and properly administer the customer database;
  • Work with internal systems: enter orders, check information and ensure data accuracy;
  • Coordinate the progress of orders and their departure;
  • Organize seminars, trainings and other events for customers;
  • Coordinate the technical and organizational processes of seminars;
  • Curate inquiries from social networks and direct them to the appropriate team members;
  • Ensure that the information needed by the sales team is prepared in a timely, clear and accurate manner.

2. Working with existing and new clients

  • Actively seek new clients and expand the company's client base (Tikprofesionalams.lt, online stores, independent pharmacies and other retail outlets);
  • Create, maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients;
  • Prepare individual offers according to client needs;
  • Negotiate terms and conditions and contribute to the conclusion of sales contracts;
  • Monitor market trends and the competitive environment;
  • Analyze client needs and offer them the most suitable solutions;
  • Contribute to building long-term customer loyalty and trust.

Candidate if:

  • Have experience in active sales;
  • Have experience in assisting a sales team or doing administrative/coordination work;
  • You are not afraid of technical/system work and are able to quickly understand new programs and internal processes;
  • You are versatile: you can work with customer data and orders one day, and communicate with customers or help organize a seminar the next;
  • You perform tasks responsibly and pay attention to details;
  • You are able to plan your time and manage several tasks at the same time;
  • You are motivated by sales, results and achieving set goals;
  • You are positive, energetic and enjoy communicating with people;
  • You have a category B driver's license;
  • You want to grow, learn and be part of a team that not only talks about high standards, but actually adheres to them.

Salary

1200-1400 €/mon. net
The salary consists of a fixed salary component and an additional quarterly motivational system, which depends on sales goals.
